Cancellation and Refund

Return/ Replacement Guidelines

     We have a simple return policy. Each return request receives personalized attention and care.

     Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  • A request must be initiated within 2 days of the order’s delivery date.
  • Any item returned without its original packaging including tags, labels, original packing, freebies, or other accessories.
  • A defaced serial number has been found.
  • The product has been used.
  • Request for a return or replacement of a complimentary or free product.
  • Reasons other than those listed in the previous section. For instance, ordering the wrong product, disliking it, no longer needing it, or wishing to exchange it for another item.

You can replace an item in case you have:

  • Received a damaged product
  • Received an expired product
  • Received a wrong product/incorrect scented candle

Replacements depend on product availability; refunds will be issued if replacements are not available. Replacement items will be shipped once the returned products reach the warehouse.

Return Process

A product can be returned or exchanged within 2 days of delivery. We also allow partial returns, so you can request to return one or all products from your order.

Step 1: Raise a return request with our Customer Support on WhatsApp or email within 2 days of receiving the order.

Step 2: We’ll collect the items in 2-4 business days and inspect them for intact original packaging, seals, labels, and barcodes upon receipt at our warehouse.

Step 3: Once the items pass inspection, we’ll process the refund, which may take an extra 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

Refunds

If the returned products follow our return policy, we will gladly:

Refunds will be initiated back to your original payment method. It usually takes 5-7  business days to process refunds once it is initiated from our end.

Promo codes, once used, will not be refunded if an order is canceled.

     For refunds of Cash on Delivery (COD) products, please provide your bank details to info@pinklotusstore.in

Delivery

Regarding delivery problems such as undelivered, missing, or damaged parcels, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation, which you’ll receive via text or email.

We may need to cancel your order if our delivery partner does not cover the provided pincode. If this happens, your payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days after the cancellation.
