We thrive on making our customers experiences delightful with our handcrafted candles. We might cancel your order if our delivery partner does not cover the pincode you provided. In such cases, your payment will be refunded within 5-7 business days after cancellation.

If you receive a damaged item during shipping, it will not be replaced. However, we will replace the items if there is a manufacturing defect. Contact us immediately with photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference, at no additional cost to you. It is advised not to throw out the damaged package or item(s) until we confirm the pickup.
